Re: Micro 335 Serving Killer
Hitting dimes at 20 yards? I tried that today but I was more like 1-1.5 inch groups at 20 yards. Are you sure??? Yeah, from a bag rest I'm pretty much hitting dead center on all of my aiming points. I'd definitely nick a dime if I actually had one up there. I'm using a 16.5" Black Eagle Zombie...

Re: Micro 335 Serving Killer
Thanks for the info RUP! I'm getting some flattening, and the flattened areas eventually start to fray. I've only got about 20-30 shots on the new string, so I'm thinking there is a bit too much friction on the latches as you mentioned. I'll probably give Boo's technique a shot.

Micro 335 Serving Killer
Hello All! Micro's hitting dimes at 20 yards...don't really have the space to take longer shots at this time, but I'm pretty happy with the performance. I've been pretty liberal with the wax...putting more on every ten shots or so. The trigger still seems to be doing a number on the serving. Is this...

Re: Micro 335 Limb Tip Question
Thanks again for all of your responses! The bow seems pretty solid, so I'm gonna roll with it for now. I got a ridiculously good deal on the bow and a Twilight DLX scope, so I can deal with a few cosmetic blemishes. I just needed a little peace of mind as far as the integrity and safety of the bow g...

Re: Micro 335 Limb Tip Question
You limbs appear to have just a slight extra amount of glue which is a good thing and don't let the hand applied glue excess concern you, at all. Also, the tips are not glued on after the camo/paint process. Did you measure the tip to riser dimension as Boo suggested? I did and they look pretty muc...

Re: Micro 335 Limb Tip Question
Yeah...looks like my tips were put on post paint. I can see the epoxy inside the limb tip. The bow shoots great, so I'm not too worried, but mine doesn't look quite as nice as Doe Master's. Supposed to be a brand new bow (at least it was sold to me as one), but do you think I may have gotten one wit...

Re: Micro 335 Limb Tip Question
Thanks Tom and Boo! I've been lurking on the forum long enough to know that Boo pretty much has celebrity status, so your input is greatly appreciated. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on it, but I think you confirmed what I suspected was the case. Not sure if it'll work, but I just wanted to try t...

Micro 335 Limb Tip Question
Hello All! New to this forum (and forums in general, so please pardon my ignorance) and a proud new owner of a Micro 335 (my first crossbow)! First off, I'd like to thank everyone for all the insightful and indispensable information on this forum. It's been very helpful. While adjusting the brace he...
