Re: How much will this string stretch!!!

I just bought a Flemish string from 8ptbuck, he custom makes them and there is a lot of good feedback on his strings. I have also read a lot of positives on a BOO String (flemish). Just do a search for Flemish string and you should find everything you need.

Re: how many weeks before opener begining preparations

I live in Michigan and our opener is October 1st. I finished my prep work a week ago. I hope I trimmed enough that I don't have to go back and clean up any shooting lanes. Now it should just be a real quick in and out to check the camera.
Be safe and enjoy it!

Easy process all the way through. Including taking off the riser and limbs.

Re: One bow, two stories

I just had to make a RMA for my Matrix and they suggested I send the riser with the limbs so I did and didn't think anything of it until I got to FedEx and it cost me $34 to send it. I wasn't planning on that coming out of my hunting/fishing budget.

Re: What is your favorite Xcal target block?

I'm in the market for a target for my bolt cutters. The one piece of advice that I was given was to spray or wipe your bolts with PAM or something like it. It is suppose to make bolt removal a lot easier. I'll test it as soon as I get my matrix back.

Re: Matrix 405 or Bulldog

Well I have put around 50 bolts through her and love it! At 40 yards I can consistently shoot three inch groups free handed. Now the sad news. I shot a few bolts today but was interrupted when I realized I had to be into work by three. So I hung her up and ran out the door. When I returned home and ...

Re: I'm in BIG Trouble!!!

I don't know how you guys do it. I've been happily married for 20 years now and have never made a big purchase without talking to her. Heck, I just bought a set of air brakes and a Flemish string and although I didn't talk to her before the purchase I did tell her as soon as I saw her. Good luck guy...

Re: Quick question about my Excalibur airbrakes

I wish I could help you but all I can do is say well that's not right. I just installed a pair and they are pressing firm against my limbs. GOOD LUCK.

Re: What am I doing wrong?

I'm home now and I measured it. Apparently it is some type of optical illusion. To the naked eye it looks way off but when I measure the string distance from where the arm section connects to the rail it is almost perfect!
