150 Boltcutter Broadheads Assembly
One badly cut finger and two hours wasted and I don't have one blade assembled. I been assembling broadheads for 30 years and never had this much trouble. Please advise on how to assemble those things.

Wabi, It does not appear to be legal next store in PA either. That does not mean that at one time that it wasn't legal. The gentlemen I talked to has probably about 50 year bowhunting experience.
