Excalibur compound
I was just browsing through Craigslist, looking at Excalibur and I came across a Buckmaster Maxpoint The ad states that it's the only compound ever made by Excalibur and it was sold by Bear. I was unaware that they ever produced a compound. •IBO is 340 F.P.S. •Machined 6061-F6 aluminum riser •Super ...

Re: Ventin Woody's Warranty Service
Just got off the phone with Woody's. I had to send my limbs in for a tiller issue. I received an email on Monday saying that they received them on Monday. I was told that they're working on everything they received Friday and that they're fixing them in the order that they received them. They said t...

Re: Claw marks on serving
Tried switching limbs, no luck.
I believe I'll polish the latches and just go with it for the season.
After the season is over I may send it in and also considering a trigger tech upgrade in the off season.
Thanks for all the help

Re: Claw marks on serving
Took the limbs off and the riser off. Re-seated everything, tightened it all up, put the string back on and no change. Did it all again, thinking maybe I had something not fully seated correctly but same results, tiller is off about 1/16". Both limbs are labeled "53", is it possible t...

Re: Claw marks on serving
Polishing the latches doesn't sound too difficult and I'll be sure to do that. Measuring for tiller difference, it appears that the left side of the string is around a heavy 1/32 almost 1/16 closer to the limb than the right. Is there a way of fixing this, is it a warranty issue or will it by chance...

Claw marks on serving
Just wondering if this is normal. The marks on my serving are off center. The bow shoots great and is very accurate, so it doesn't seem to affect shooting. Not really concerned about it, just curious. It's a 350le, if that matters. I should also mention that i checked and made sure all screws were t...

Father-in-law helped figure this one out
So I'm out at my father-in-law's (where I hunt) doing some target shooting and testing some broadheads. After a few 20 yard shots I moved back to 40 yards. My first shot out of the 350 was dead center bullseye. After a few more shots I let him shoot, which I think if he shoots my bow any more that h...

Re: QAD Exodus
Total arrow weight is 290 + the 100gr. broad head. The QAD's do fly accurately on every shot, the POI is just different than the field points. I guess a scope adjustment is in order. I guess I expected them to fly at the same POI as practice tips. This is my first year with a crossbow, always shot m...

QAD Exodus
I'm shooting a 350 LE with 17" zombies (thanks Dan) and a Flemish string(thanks again Dan). I decided to try some QAD exodus 100gr. broad heads out. The bow with practice tips is dead nut accurate out to 60 yards, that's the furthest I've ever shot it. The exodus broadeads shot about three inch...

Re: Need a New Daypack - Suggestions?
I also carry much more than I need into the woods. I've used a Tenzing 1200 ultra light day pack the last few years. Really like the bag, holds more than it looks like it should and its comfortable to stalk around in too. It has a nice assortment of pockets for organization as well as straps and cli...

Re: Any New Gear??
Just picked up a new Badlands Impact fleece jacket and pants. Seems like real nice gear, time will tell. Got a great deal on them on Sierra Trading Post (great place for good deals) Going to try out some QAD Exodus 100 gr. broadheads. I have them sitting there, just haven't had the time to shoot the...

Re: Matrix 350SE Owners
I just recently got a 350, and I would have to say go for it. Looks great, comfortable to shoot, nice trigger, deadly accurate(but aren't they all) and did I mention it looks good and shoots great.

Re: Accessory rail
A blank rail would be perfect, don't know why I just didn't think of that. Got a 12" blank and an inexpensive bipod for $30 off Amazon. I'll have her suited up and try it out this weekend. Thanks.
