How many other Shift Workers or Night Shift Workers around?

I see alot of folks looking around at night and figured there is alot of us around. If I am off work I am asleep at 02:00, I work rotating 12 hour shifts 5am to 5pm both ways. The schedule has a lot of off time built into it. I love the off days during the week during hunting season. Thanks Book

I might have to try the Slick Trick heads one day. I shoot only broadheads all the time. I wont shoot at deer past thirty yards myself, and I like them inside 20 yds. Out of 40 deer killed with the crossbow my average distance is around 17-18 yds. Thanks Book

Carl, what broadheads do you shoot and what is your group with them at 50 yds. My Exo-Mag will shoot a 4-5 inch group with a 2 blade Simmons 160 gr. head with me behind the tigger. I am not a great shot, but with a rest I think that is very good for me at least. Thanks, Book

Thanks for the replies fellers, I am very happy with my 99 model Exo-Mag. It shoots great and is far better than the Horton I started with. I ain't changing anything, but I keep seeing these 1,200.00 Ten Points and I figure they can't be worth the money when compared to my setup. But I have never se...

Crossbow accuracy Excalibur vs the rest?

With the possibility of the Crossbow becoming legal for everyone in Alabama the stores are full of them now. My question is how accurate are the expensive crossbows like the Ten Point? I shot a Horton Hunter from 91 - 99 when I saw the bright light and started hunting with my Exo-Mag. I was curious ...

Same here, I shoot only broadheads. I have been doing this for several years. I have been shooting an Exo-Mag since 99, before this I shot a Horton. The Horton was not the shooter the Excalibur is, and I could shoot field tips now. Book

I enjoyed the trip to Montreal

Thanks for the good advice before the trip. My wife and I had a great time in the cleanest and largest city that I have been to. The food was outstanding, the service was the best, everything was great. We really enjoyed the city and could not get over how clean and nice everything was. We are used ...

It takes me about 2-5 minutes to get reloaded and ready again, so I would wait 5 minutes before hunting the stand again. I have killed several deer from the same stand within a few days or so....

I have doubled up 4 times with crossbow, might have been able to admit to a triple, but I would not want to incriminate myself. I always enjoy doubling up with the crossbow. I have also lost a deer or two on other occasions or my total for doubling up would be a lot higher. I have hunted in a few pl...
