I have the ED3 10x42 and they are as clear and bright as any $1,000 + bino, at half the price.

Or....search the bird watcher forums, those guys know their binos.
Agreed. They are incredible for the money. Amaze me every time I look through them.

Re: Human Scents scares deer - old wives tale???

Also remember that scent doesn't always carry the way you think it would. Just because the wind is blowing that direction doesn't mean your scent is making it to a deer. As far as going to the bathroom around or from your stand, I feel from experience that it doesn't matter much. Most deer usually d...

Re: Human Scents scares deer - old wives tale???

I've noticed that scent control is much more important in some situations than others. In some of the local urban properties I hunt, scent control is much less needed. You can get away with most anything from smoking, to eating a onion covered sandwich on stand. I also spend a lot of time on a prese...

Re: Shortening Wyvern creations a bit

The main thing is safety, make sure you Cannot get your boot in under an arrow with the shortest point you would ever use! Being that this model has 1" longer stroke, 16" might be the minimum. Safety first! Thanks for the great advice! Definitely something Some might never think of...

Shortening Wyvern creations a bit

I've got a micro 355 on the way, and was looking to get a dozen arrows for hunting. I'm looking at getting the premium arrow for the 355 they make. They come in at 16.5", but I'd like to cut them down to 15.5" to keep my broad heads within the stirrup if possible. Talked to the owner last ...

I got a great deal last night on a Micro 355 on eBay, should be here early next week. Can't wait to get her shooting, excited to finally be a member of the community! I've had a ...
