Re: O/T inline - muzzlerloader
Not familiar with your model rifle but if it is safe to shoot Blackhorn powder out of then that's the way I would go( you can check their website for which rifles are safe). I shoot a lot of the 250 and 300gr SST's but it is hard to beat a XTP bullet for price and dependability. I prefer loose powde...

Re: Lighted nocks
.... yep Lumenoks is the way to go..... as far as mechanicals go... I swear by and use the Spitfire Max...over 2” cutting diameter... I have had them make a complete pass through... for those who are concerned about premature opening (which has never happened to me).... I use dental bands as sought...

Re: Lighted nocks
Looks like everyone prefers lumenoc's. Are you guys that shoot mechanicals getting complete passthru's, seems the few huntin shows I watch very few get them. I kind of have a habit of hugging the shoulder too tight more times than not. For you shooting them which bows are you using, thinking speed w...

Lighted nocks
Making up some 2219 bolts for my new to me Matrix 355 and would like to have lighted nocks, what's my choices? Even thought about changing up from my normal Thunderhead broadheads to something expandable but worried about penetration, any recommendations there? Looks like bolt weight is going to be ...

Re: Cold Weather Hunting
Here is what I have done for several years. My boots have 1200 gram of Thinsulate and are a size larger than normal. I wear a wool blend sock that isn't overly thick and only one pair , two drives me crazy. Then I put one of the foot shaped sized foot warmers on the bottom and a toasty toes stick on...

Definitely Moose and have always wanted to shoot a brown bear but not sure I've got the stones to do it with a bow.

I didn't know the Trophy had a speed ring. I can get either scope for under 50.00 at this time.

If you had to pick one for the same money which would it be for a Grizzly? Hawke XB 3x32 or Bushnell Trophy.

Re: Grizzly ?
Not a problem. If you would have said last night it was already spoken for instead of it wouldn't fit I would not have double checked. I bought the Grizzly used and didn't get a book with it, so I had no idea. Hope it works out for him.

Scope
Has anyone tried the Bushnell Trophy XLT crossbow scope. Saw one marked down to around 50 bucks and I hate the scope that came on my Grizzly. Not so much the scope it's self just the little arrowhead or triangle at each crosshair.

Nice I've been eyeballing one of those. This might have pushed me over the edge.
