Re: Rhino Nocks

You can warm the nock by screwing in a long field tip and while heating the field tip only, pull and turn. The problem is that the temperature that destroys the integrity of the shaft is close to the temperatures that release the glue that holds the nock. Keep in mind that the arrow is right in you...

Re: Rhino Nocks

Well that was an expensive mistake because I destroyed 4 Black Eagle Zombie Slayers. I heated up 4 nocks, removed them and everything seemed to be going well. I screwed in some 50 grain weights into the inserts and then went to clean the inside of the shaft to re-glue the nocks. While using my carbo...

Re: Rhino Nocks

What would the best way to get them out? I can thread a screw in the back of the nock and try heating that screw up a touch and pulling on them? That might loosen up the glue enough.

Rhino Nocks

Hello, I received some arrows with the Rhino nocks installed and I want to remove them to play around with some insert weights. Are the Rhino nocks glued or pressed in? Thanks in advance.

Re: Great camo.. stupid people at hawk

Love my Lone Wolf sticks but one step per side is not good. Especially when hanging a stand. I might look into a set of these.

Re: Stripped screw on my Trigger tech

Just got a call from Mark at Trigger Tech and they replaced the housing on the trigger and it's already on it's way back to me. Great service and a reason to always use one of their triggers. Thanks to TT for fixing my screw up at no cost to me.

Stripped screw on my Trigger tech

Well I realized anti seize on my bolts was not the best thing so I decided to use loc tite. Spent an hour breathing acetone and cleaning all the anti seize off the bolts and all screw holes. Assembled everything back up and the very last scope housing screw on my TT stripped out. I tried to tap it b...
