Re: questions about a new scope
I just got home from deer camp and mine was on my porch. Clarity is awesome. Hopefully get it mounted up and sighted in so I can do some low light testing tonight. Seems like a great scope for under $150.

Re: questions about a new scope
The Hawke XB30 Pro takes 30 mm rings. I just bought a Trophy Ridge XV530IR Scope from eBay for under $150. Same scope as the Hawke and made by Hawke. Robertyb, how do you like the xv530ir? I just picked one up myself from eBay and it’s on its way. Curious how it performs in low light. I’ve heard go...

Trophy Ridge xv530ir 1-5x30
I just purchased a Trophy Ridge xv530ir 1-5x30 for my micro335. From what I could find it’s made by Hawke, and similar to the XB30 Pro SR? Slightly different reticle. I’m hoping for better light gathering than the scope that came on my micro335, but mostly wanted the 5x magnification and illuminated...

Re: Practicing with Field Points
Every bolt that I plan on hunting with has been shot to verify accuracy. Ive found that sometimes the same exact bolt with the same broadhead, even after spin testing to check if seated squarely, may fly different. I generally shoot 4 blade fixed heads and have learned to sharpen them up a bit after...

Re: Beeman ICS White Out Bolts
Well I sent one of the WhiteOuts through a doe this morning equipped with a 4 blade WhackEm broadhead. Bolt and broadhead did the job just fine, but I can’t load a pic. Says file too large. It was a wet morning here in northern Michigan. I shot her early, so I decided to wait it out a few hours in c...

Re: Beeman ICS White Out Bolts
I haven’t had any issues with paint coming off of the Beeman ICS WhiteOuts at all. I’ll be in the woods Sat, Sun, and Mon to hopefully send one through the 9 pointer I’m chasing.

Re: Beeman ICS White Out Bolts
That makes sense. They are flying great for me so far. Might not be the best choice for when there's snow on the ground, but other than that I'm pretty impressed overall. Hopefully I'll be posting a pic of one covered in blood soon. Just over a week and I'll be in the woods again.

Re: Beeman ICS White Out Bolts
The specs listed above say 10.5 gpi, but mine are 11.5 gpi. I'm pretty sure all the WhiteOut Bolts are 11.5 gpi

Re: Beeman ICS White Out Bolts
So far I've only shot them at a bag target with field points and a block target with broadheads, but so far no signs of the white wearing off.

Beeman ICS White Out Bolts
Just picked up some Beeman White Out bolts for my micro 335. Cut them down and swapped out the inserts for brass ones. They seem to fly perfect with field points and Slick Trick broadheads at 20 and 30 yards. Anybody else try these out? Can't wait to send one through a deer and see how the white loo...

Re: Tiller off?
Can you better describe your first failure? Measure the distance between the string and the bumpers and or the string to the limb where it departs from the riser and get back to us. Seems is a pretty wide brush. There are no bows with perfect tiller. You can say you have bad tiller if your fixed bro...

Re: Tiller off?
When I replaced the broken limbs with the new limbs the tiller looked great and I was able to harvest a nice doe with it. In about a weeks time the tiller seems to be moving already. Just trying to figure out if I possibly have an issue other than another limb issue. Thanks for the help. I thought a...

Re: Tiller off?
I'm not even seeing where I complete my registration. I'm from Michigan, but not sure how that would help with the issue I'm having. I understand the warranty procedures, just thought I'd ask on here to see if anyone else has had the same issue and try to figure out what's going on. I wouldn't think...

Tiller off?
Just received new limbs for a micro 335 that blew a limb. Originally noticed tiller was off before I found the crack. New limbs installed and already starting to look like tiller is off. I have the supposed new riser head. Any info would be appreciated.
