Secret mighty-buck bird seed. ;) Actually, I've been putting a bit of corn out and made up a shed trap in hopes of getting his rack. It took him about 20 minutes to make his way out of the bush to the feeder. That's a distance of about 30 yards. He is so leery of any noise and is constantly smelling...

He was out there at 8:15 a.m., just as he has been the past two days. Three of the past four days I've seen him although that one day I was hardly home at all during the day. I saw him last night at about 11:00 p.m.. I could see a silohette outside and shon my flashlight through the window. There he...

The big guy is pretty nervous about the shed trap. Does and another buck that has already shed his antlers are eating from it but he's been sniffing it like mad and very leery. He finally at a bit from it and then left. I think perhaps his rack is too big so he's giving up. I'm going to remove one o...

Some free servers limit the amount of viewings per hour or day. After a certain time it gets reset and you can see them again. Perhaps this was the case. Thanks guys ;) Yea I think the server that had my pictures was down for a bit cause I didn't see them for awhile either then they showed up... :ro...

Ah yes, I remember the chocolate buck now. For some reason I wasn't clueing into it. Thanks. The porch light is on and I can still see them out there. I had a 4 pt buck on my lawn a few times this fall. He was pretty small. I just took another look at one now through binos from 15' away and I'm pret...

I think non-resident tags for Ontario are about $170 Canadian. It's a buck-only tag too.

What's the chocolate buck?

There's another buck outside right now that has already shed both his antlers. Both the little nubs (whatever they're called) are easily showing using naked eyes but binos show them even better.

He's just a little guy though, maybe 150 lbs. ;)

Nice pics indeed!

I think I'm starting to like shooting deer with a camera as much as with my x-bow!

Almost as much of a rush too!

They're in my yard! I'll try and sneak outside now to get another shot of the monster. He's lurking along the edge of the woods right now. A UPS driver just dropped off a package for me and his jaw just about hit the ground when he saw it. I've had a few magazines want to publish the pics. This pic ...

I'm guessing he has to be over 300lbs. I was envisioning myself standing on all fours and how much bigger he is than me---and I'm 6'3" and 210 lbs! He's damn solid too. After he left a single doe came back. 6 more does of various sizes were coming up the path but wouldn't come near with the sin...

More monster buck pics

The big guy came back again for about 15 minutes this morning. Compared to the 10 point buck that was here yesterday, this guy is massive. Kinda like comparing a 6'3" guy to a 5'8" guy. I want this guy's rack!!! http://members.aol.com/tdcarls/buck-1.jpg http://members.aol.com/tdcarls/buck-...

He's back again now. My cat is sitting about 10' away from him. There's a bit of a stare down contest is going on!
