Always around 450 for me and I always use 150 grain bolt cutters shooting perfection from my micro 355 and my older vortex . Zombies 16.5 inch lumenok 110 brass insert and 150 bolt cutter 20 inch GTLAZER 2 110 insert lumenok and bolt cutter. Executioner 18 inch 92 insert lumenok and bolt cutter.

With my Vortex I shoot 20inch GT lazer 2 with110 brass insert lumenok and 150 gr boltcutter. Around 450 gr arrow very accurate. I have a micro355 I shoot 16.5 inch zombies 110 brass insert lumenok 150 gr boltcutter around 453 gr total . I love the accuracy of these crossbows cant shoot the same circ...
