Speed setting for micro supressor @ 400grn?

Hi.. just got a Micro Suppressor.. They are rated at 343fps with 350grn overall... but I will always be shooting 400grn overall (150grn broad heads and fields) What would be a good speed setting on the scope to start with? Any ideas? Thanks... here is mine.. http://imagizer.imageshack.us/a/img921/66...
