Re: No more micro
Not looking to sell. Just repair for a backup.
Sounds like the Matrx is the way to go .
Will watch in off season .
Seems like everyone says to find a used one, do the new ones have limb issues too ??

Re: No more micro
I new this would happen
Obviously I have a lemon, i am sure many have moved on from the Micro issues, and have other bows now.
Excalibur wont fix nothing if we all pump them up and denythe truths.

Re: Quill arrows
Alright thanks Janesy, guess my arrows are old stock, but that's ok, will shop around.
On a positive note, I have taken 3 bucks with 3 shots the last 3 years.
That is great!

Re: Quill arrows
Thanks , so what kind of Quills are on your desk?
A guy not knowing about how different a single arrow flys depending on what fletch he uses as cockvane could drive him nuts trying to figure out why his groupings are terrible.

Re: Quill arrows
Hey my ignorance, I see the arrows are Easton,
I guess I am just expecting Excalibur to demand a higher standard for the arrows they endorse ,
Only makes sense to have top quality bolts.
Even worth spending a few more dollars .

Quill arrows
Hey everybody, I have read a few threads on Quill arrows, having to experiment to select a cock vane. Don't understand why Excalibur puts out arrows without a cock vane marked. Or is it just better to buy better quality arrows elsewhere? In The last batch of 6 quill arrows, 2 of them are unacceptabl...

Re: Scopes?
I upgraded to Nikon Bolt , awesome clarity scope for the money.
Also the distant marks are bang on out to 50 yards ,maybe a couple inches low at 60, I have a Micro 335,
I bitched and whined about the Deadzone, just go get a new scope.
You will be so much happier with setup.
Cheers

Broadhead target
Ok I know its been discussed, need a broadhead target that arrows don't penetrate to fletchings, tried A yellow jacket for crossbows but it didn't hold up .

Re: Quill Arrow Accuracy
Yep trying different cock vane made all the difference, put all 8 arrows within in hand half of bullseye at 40 yards. Had to try different cock vane on 1 of 3 quill lumenoks also ,bang on at 40, Don't want to try broadheads yet, need a target that will hold a broadhead from blowing through to quills...

Re: Quill Arrow Accuracy
150 grain points
3 arrows 2 inch group at 30 and 40 yards than 1 arrow 3 to 4 inches high ,time after time
It's no big deal but you have to try all your arrows to see what's what
