Re: Blazer Vanes
Thanks all!
Boo - What bows would not allow for Blazer vanes to be used? If you are familiar with this.
Thx

Blazer Vanes
Hi all, This may be a dumb question, however are blazer vanes for compound arrows usable for crossbow bolts? I'm cleaning out my inventory and wondering if I can hang on to extra vanes for bolt use. I wasn't sure if there were "bolt specific" blazer vanes or if they are all compatible. Thx!

Re: Sight In Troubles
Well to say I'm frustrated is an understatement... Received a new Deadzone under warranty within 3 days, which is great. The not so great part is that this one appears to have the same issue, and I haven't even fired it??? Got it mounted and leveled in the indoors using a plumb bob. Loosened the set...

Re: Sight In Troubles
I have done exactly all of that... which makes me think what you have indicated in that the scope is cooked.
It's brand new though other than me sighting it in... have you heard of this before with the Dead zone?

Sight In Troubles
Been trying to get a new Micro 335 dialed in with the stock Deadzone scope and have been running into issues at longer distances. I sighted in the crosshairs to 20 yrds however as I back it out to 40 yrds, I can't seem to get the speed ring to adjust properly. I have spun it from the lowest speed se...

Quill Stock Insert Swap
Planned to replace stock Excal Quill inserts with Lumenok add ons, and got speaking with a service guy who advised against putting any heat on a carbon arrow to soften the glue.
Has anyone done this successfully with the stock arrows that come in a Lite-Stuff package?

Re: Micro 335 - Gen 1 vs Gen 2 Differences
Anyone know the stats with limbs on the 1st Gen 335 that fail?
I.e. is it almost 100% expected that they fail, and/or is it worth it to hang on to the 1st Gen for the extra speed even at the cost of a few replacements?

Re: Micro 335 - Gen 1 vs Gen 2 Differences
Thanks for the info!
Any thoughts on the Deadzone? Is it worth hanging onto as a starter, or better to jump to an illuminated?
Sproulman, feel free to send me an email if you have any questions... PM is disabled as I'm new to the forum.

Awesome! Thanks for the info
We're the optics changed between the 2? I believe it comes with the Deadzone scope and unilluminated.

Micro 335 - Gen 1 vs Gen 2 Differences
I understand there are some improvements to a 1st vs 2nd generation Micro 335s. Does anyone know what these are and pros/cons? Recently picked up a NIB 335, and the box is stamped Dec 2015. Trying to understand if this is a 1st or 2nd Gen, and if I should return it for a newer one... ? Appreciate an...
