Lots of good information on cresting arrows here and it's really easy to do.
Here's a good video on how to do it.

Thanks!
awshucks - Big Timber WMA
I had 12 or more walking on top of me.

Instead of using BDU's, I made a poncho for hand concealment.
Goop glue or E6000 should work great.

Ghillie poncho and a small hog

I've since washed it and it came out awesome. It was easy to make and I only spent $35-$40 to make it. It's the thi...

update.... I got tired of looking at the different colored camo tape so I removed it. I was also curious about how much weight the silicon in my stock had added and the answer is 4.5 ounces. I had used the white DAP-ALEX PLUS-Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone. For now I'm just using gaffer's tape be...

Rifled barrel: Sabot Slugs Smooth barrel: Rifled Slugs/Buck shot I was looking into this a while back but the cost of a rifled barrel for my 390 made me rethink the purchase and want to wait till I find a deal on a slug gun. Sabots are recommended for rifled barrel to get maximum accuracy. They can ...

There might be a slight increase in vibration or noise, but I've wondered if it would make a difference in having the bumpers a small distance away from the string when at rest. That way the stings uses up some of it's energy instead of slamming into the bumpers at full speed when set against the st...

I learned to ride a early 70's Honda XL125 when I was seven. I later moved up to a XL185 through Jr. High and had different bikes through the years. I sold this VX800 a couple years ago and got off the pavement due to too many close calls with cars not looking or intentionally trying to run me off t...

Feed bags work best, the woven material heals it's self for the most part once the arrow is removed. I tried clothes to stuff it but it was very heavy, and didn't take to the weather very well when I left it outside. I havn't been able to find any oversized feed bags. The ones I found at our farm s...
