Don't worry too much about camo either. I use a stock 870 12 gauge with no camo or scope. It will be how comfortable he is with the gun that will make the difference. They will have him set up for a great shot. I know he will be successful with his experience. You should be more worried about how to...

Sorry to hear about this guy giving you the run around. Just be thankful it's still in good hands. I'm sure someone will pick it up on the trading post soon. I like most others on here have had 100% success dealing with other members of the forum and it needs to stay that way so that we can all buy ...

At least now we know who got their hands on probably the best looking xbow to have ever been put together. That unit should be proudly hung in your house as a work of art.

I roasted one a couple of years ago. After four hours we took it out and carved it. All of the meat was great except the drumsticks. I threw them in a crock pot and left it on over night. Made a wonderful turkey stew with the rest of the left overs from the night before. A slow cooker is a great too...

Hope you are with a friend who also has his tag and put the other one down as well.

A very good example of how quickly a deer will expire after a well placed shot.

I have to say that moose wins hands down but as my wife always says "The secret's in the sauce". With the right marinade any wild game can taste great. Given the low fat and high protein in wild game, I think most of our doctors would be happy with us enjoying some nicely grilled deer or m...

I finally got a chance to get out in the backyard and try out the target I made. I stuffed a feed bag with some old clothes we were throwing out. It took a while to cut out all the buttons and zippers but the cost was zero. I wasn't sure how well it would work given I could only pack the clothes in ...

I'm still wiping the tears from my eyes. I could just see that fool trying to hang on that rope.

That is up there with some of the funnier stories I have read on here. Great post.

Appears to have too many working parts. What would happen to one if the temp drops below freezing after it may have gotten moisture inside? Does look pretty cool though but I think I will stick to the "KISS" method.

The exocet 175 became the exocet 200. The exomag 200 became the exomax 225. Both changes came by way of angling the riser forward. No changes to draw length were made in either case. Before the exocet 175 and exomag 200 were the exocet 160 and exomag 185. The draw length was a half inch shorter in b...

I think Red Green trains the Nascar teams on the proper application of duct tape. That would make for a good show

Nothing bad about duct tape, it's great that we have that wonderful fix everything tool. I am wondering if we shouldn't come up with the best use of duct tape contest here under this post. Would make for some very interesting photos. What do you guys think? How many gun stocks have been temporarily ...
