I took my son out for some scouting tonight from the truck and we saw 7 deer in the field that we will be going to on Wednesday. We are staying out of the bush till opening day, don't want to spook them!

my son just passed is hunting test and firearms test so he will be out with me for the deer season in seven days. It's going to be an awesome season.

What kind of glue do you use for the inserts on the arrows?

did you put them on a trail or under an apple tree? I have an apple tree the deer are eating at so I was going to put the pears under the tree. It's the same tree I shot my buck from last year.

I'm going to pick some up tomorrow morning and hopefully get them out tomorrow.

I've only had some quality issues with two of them. They would not shoot the same as the others. The deer I shot with them this last fall did a good job. But could not use it again. Was thinking of the 4 blade because of the bigger diameter.

I'm using wasp boss 100's now but was thinking of trying the slick's 4 blades. Just wondering if they would shoot close to the wasp's?

On our way down we saw lots of deer to. I also saw one moose in NB and a dead bear on the side of the road.
