Now that turkey season is over what is everyone going to do? I'll be groundhog hunting, fishing , target shooting and coyote hunting.

Find the fields they are feeding in and sit patently. If the hens are there more likely a Jake or a tom will be in the area. I've gone out in the past in the early afternoon and seen them strolling the edge of the fields popping in and out. Just be patient.

Got this one this morning. Was a quiet morning no gobbling. Sat down till about 6:30 then i left the decoys in the field and went for a walk to see if any turkeys are in the other field. When I returned I saw fresh tracks in the decoys :shock: . So sat down and did some calling and this guy came in....

I made some up but didn't shoot them yet. Hope they work good. All you do is dip them in hot water

Went out today at 10:00 and when we were walking to our spot we heard a tom gobbling. We tried to call it in but we didn't even see him. All we called in was a hen.
