Ranger Finder With High Magnification?
Hey guys,
I'm looking for recommendations on range finders with higher magnifications and easy to read cross hairs and distance. I have a vision disorder and I'm looking for something a little more powerful than the standard range finder.
Thanks,
Jim

Best add-ons for Grizz2?
Hey guys, What after market additions would you recommend for the Grizz2? I’d like to quiet it down a bit but don’t want to waste money on stuff I don’t need. I also may change the scope to a 4x. I think I saw a Truglo with full BDC cross hairs that I like. My eyes aren’t ass good as they used to be...

Go Pro on your bow?
Anyone have a Go Pro mounted on their bow? If so, any recommendations on model, how/where to mount? I'm thinking it would benefit me for after the shot as I have a vision disorder and can't see very well without optics.

Re: Lesson Learned
I cocked it on the ground, put the safety on, pulled it up then loaded a bolt.

Lesson Learned
This is my first year crossbow hunting as I converted from the compound bow due to vision issues. Got the bow over the summer and have been shooting quite a bit. Traveled from New York City to Kentucky last week to my buddy's farm. On the third day, I had a shooter 9 pt come in at 27 yards. Put the ...

String replacement question
I hear of people replacing the string as soon as they get the bow. Are factory strings not good? Why replace a brand new string and what to replace it with?

Re: Lumenoks
Thanks guys! I didn't have a problem with the way they shoot. They shoot just like my other bolts.

Lumenoks
I got my Excalibur Lumenoks from Cabelas yesterday. They are awesome! But...the shut off switch is a bit finicky. Sometimes they turn back on or don't shut off all the way. I'm concerned they will light up in the case and kill the battery. Anyone ever have this issue? What am I doing wrong?

Re: Hard Case
I went with the Plano Manta. I'm not crazy about the idea of having to break down the bow. When I hunt in-state, I can always just throw the bow in the truck without the case if I have to. Thanks for all of the opinions!

Re: Hard Case
BrotherRon, sure send me a pic if it's not too much trouble. That would be great. I am leaning towards an xbow case though.

Hard Case
I just got my first crossbow...Excalibur Grizz2. I had to make the jump from compound bows due to a vision issue I recently developed. Love the bow so far. I do out of state hunting trips 2-3 times a year so I'm looking for a durable hard case for airline travel. I'm looking at the Plano Manta. That...
