Ive killed 3 Mule Deer in Wyoming and could taste and smell the hint of Sage. I never considered it a negative though. Always thought it added to the flavor.

Cost of feed

Just wondering what your feed is costing. I payed 12.00$ for a 100# of 12% Horse feed today and 7.00$ for 100# sack filled with ear corn. It will last me about 3 weeks.

What a shame. I have personally found two bucks dead in woven wire fence before and one alive tangled up and so tired he didnt even care about us walking up to him. We cut him loose and he walked away.

Trolls are always lurking around to stir the pot. On another forum I belong to, they get banned by their user name and they just reregister under a new name. This should help though. :D

Not so much in my area. We have plenty of Squirrel and Rabbit and Pheasant hunting all Fall and they tend to get accostomed to it. They might run to the next woodlot but not far if jumped aaadn return to there home area shortly afterward.
