10 months!! I'd say that's right busy. Good to hear is almost done before the Texas heat sets in .
Interior decorators are an odd bunch, I cant stand listening to them watching renovation shows!

I knew a guy (co-worker) who who lost his life ice fishing . His friends saw him sink fast trying to skip water when events went sketchy.
You got lucky and get to post your loss, some play roulette and never breathe air again.
