Re: Stringin Aid

Many retailers want "acceseries" as these are usually where they can make the most money (profit). Tom, gotta call bs on this one. How much does the store make on a $30 str aid vs a $1000 xbow? This 'problem' only came about [aboot] w/ the advent of the Matrix/Micro series. "Usta" be able to do w/o...

Re: I really didn't have to hurry.

Also the GT II shafts I got , after working with them for a while . I think they are real spine sensitive I can get them to shoot good , but really have to work at it. I think there might be better shafts out there for around the same $$$. Black Eagle Executioners come spined and numbered from Jerr...

If you did a good job, you won't be able to tell it w/ same weight inserts.

Re: 2-7x or 3-9x? Opinions...

You want to shoot 25 yards adjust it to that, you want to shoot it 100 yards , adjust it to that .
If you get tired of all that adjing, just set it to "infinity" [looks like a figure '8' sideways]

I have nada but AO scopes on my rifles, in all honesty, don't think it's important on an xbow....../

Re: Stringin Aid

A $30 stringing aid may not sound like much but by the time it gets included in a package it could put it into an uncompetitive price range. Years ago we use to sell our crossbows as a "bare crossbow only" Years ago, [pre Matrix/Micro] one could get by w/o a stringing aid.......Usta died.... Who ca...

Re: Red dot or scope for new Micro 335

Ooooo, I like this See All Open Sight! I just am curious if the Micro 335 is a flat enough shooter to get by with the single aiming point. Not really. The guy who posted the pic of the rets [4] in the NCStar has your red dot answer. I've had/used the same sight. I'd look for a used Vari-zone if I w...
