Congrats on the double !

I have 5 down so far ( 2 rio's and 3 Merriam's) but have had to resort to the boom stick as nobody wants to play and come in close yet, its more ambush right now hopefully they start to chase the call soon !

Re: 2019-20 Regs

I have been hunting in the US with those printed paper tags for a while. I usually fill it out put it in a freezer ziplock bag and tape it to the animal so far no trouble .

Re: nap gobbler getters

I don't undrstand the dull point either and yes those heads seem to be the same just take out the small blade in the front. As fas not needing a head chopper I'll just say after many kills with regular heads I lost 2 to bad hits and had to chase down a few. I switched to bullheads and haven't had on...

Re: New broadhead target. Arrows stuck.

Years ago when I shot a lot of 3d I carried a small 1/2" tube capped at both ends with a plastic top and an x cut into it. We filled the tube with some foam and silicone. Before each shot just dip arrow in it and shoot . Some wolud carry a bar of Irish spring and rub their arrow with it smelled nice...

Re: New broadhead target. Arrows stuck.

If its still cool out and your target is made of foam when the arrow penetrates the heat will melt the foam and cause it to stick to the shaft then cool and basically weld the shaft into the target could be what is happenning to you. Some rub soap on the arrows to make them easier to pull.

Re: Hi! New Here

I don't know I keep hearing all the you need a higher FOC but I shot 100 grain heads with regular inserts and it was accurate enough. When I put in heavy inserts and uped the broadhead weight my accuracy when to crap. I'm now shooting 125 with light inserts and I'm close to with the hundred grain he...

Re: BC Anti's Ramping Up Again

Some of them wouldn't care even if it was one of their own. I read an article about a woman in California who's child was attacked by a cougar in her home ! She said it wasn't the animals fault ! Last year I was walking my dog and got into a conversation with a lady walking her small dog. Somehow th...
