I'll have my treestand and crossbow and move them about 50 yards away and place a ligted lumenock there and go...

Re: Just when I thought I didn't need another bow!

I like the wood but the silver rail would have to go it makes it strictly a target bow and all my bows are for feeding my family by filling the freezer.

Re: Equinox first Excalibur?

I hunted with an Equinox for 10 years it is a rock solid bow that was the flagship bow of the long limb line.
I harvested deer every year with it and it preformed beautifully you have a great bow.

Re: Busted/Broke Swhacker 150g Broadhead.

My guess is you hit the shoulder blade and the broadhead imbeded it's self in the bone and the deer ran and broke the shaft ,insert on brush or a tree .

Re: "New" gun

That is a beautiful tool you got there congratulations on the buy. I have a very old Remington model 12 pump.22 with a tang peep sight that is a real joy to hunt squirells with. I shoot standerd velocity long rifle or subsonics just to be easy on the action and I refrain from using it in winter or r...

Re: refinish laminate stock?

I have refinished several gun stocks with Tru oil and it is a beautiful finish. It requires mutipul coats with sanding in between with 0000 steel wool between coats but the results are very nice.
If you private message me your phone # I could send a picture of a refinished stock.
