Re: First Use of The Hawk Crawler

Re: New 2020 Bows!
watched the videos.im sure the limbs will be just fine. not sure why they think being able to take down a bow is a feature everyone wants. i never even think of it although on long trips i keep a broken down Mega 405 for backup. i find putting it together not an issue. the weight of those 400 models...

Re: Bow Accident, What Next?
never had a issue with quills.i have nicer arrows too but i think there fine for hunting. they have the 3 white vanes so you just rotate and mark an x with a sharpie on the odd vane when you get them to group close. the biggest thing i see is shooting the actual arrow your using with your broadhead ...

Re: Should I doctor Scrapes
although scrapes can be productive ive found other than being excited finding them you can spend alotta time sitting on them. i believe the scientific reports show that they mostly visit them in the dark. best to find the does. if theres a hot one in the area and they pass thru you can bet a buck wi...

Re: Limb pocket fittment
from the picture the gap is much bigger on the right if you look at it.im not gonna go through the process of stringing and bolting it up if its an issue.from the tip to bolt mounting hole looks o.k. i even checked the riser to see if it was a milling issue. just never seen a gap this big in the lim...

Limb pocket fittment
never came across this. just went to mount up a set of micro limbs and one of the limbs is shorter from the limb mounting hole to the end of the pocket. i checked with my other Micro and Matrix and those limbs just about go to the end of the limb pocket. these are not the newer thicker limbs. not go...

Re: BD 330 vs micros??
hunting a few seasons with a gen 1 Micro . when i pull out the Matrix 405 it feels like a long limb model of yester year 8) i even chopped an inch off each stock on both and wanting an even smaller Micro.cocking a Micro is no fun but for hunting its not like your doing it a bunch. ive had no issues ...

Re: So who has an Axe to grind?
gonna pass.my 335-s shoot 340+s fps and are lighter and shorter. not sure why this model would even exist. only guess its to get the last minute or newbie hunters that are going to take to the field because of the low price point.

Re: Quill Bolts GLUE Can't Get The Field Points In
look at the bright side.at least you got glue. most of my quills have spit the inserts. id run a tap or get them replaced. dont like to put any chemicals near carbon or glue.
