you could look at a pin point scope by hawke mil dot diale up yardage by speed tape . set to your bows or it can be done with a range finder. great scope but it is a little on the heavy side bob
i had one of those shots they dont hurt . you can 3or 4 a year. the problem is the pain always came back for me. i dealt with the back stuff for 4 years.right now i am 5 weeks out back surgery no pain lower back. they also do a shot called a trigger point. sounds like you had an mri. in the long run...
