Bill, travel safe! Have a great trip, and enjoy the weather! :eusa-dance:
Thank you I will. Want me to save you a spot in the RV Park? We stay in the Brevard county campground in Melbourne.

We could go hog hunting!!

Still hunting Crossbow

My Exomax is a great crossbow and has served me well. That said I plan on doing a lot more still hunting for deer and hogs and the Exomax is just getting to be too much to carry in these woods. After a few hours of hunting my shoulders and back start complaining. My 68 years are catching to to me!! ...

Exomax in Good Company

Went hunting with two of my brothers today. I used my Exomax while they brought a new Bulldog 380 Matrix and an older Grizzly. The brother that couldn't join us uses a Phoenix. I was the only one to see deer and missed a nice 6 point at 30 yards. The miss was cause by the limbs on a small sapling be...

Re: Thinking about the Axe

As much as I like my Exomax it is a chore to still hunt with. My arms are always a little longer when I get back to the truck!!

The Axe looks like a very good crossbow to complement the Exomax.

I had to get an Axe, and it is my favorite hunting bow.
Had to get it? It must be a remedy for some problem you have!!😁 My wife says I have a similar problem with way to many remedies in the closet!!👍

Re: DIY Ghost Blind

Would work fine at my downriver spot since I have my back to a large creek and the prevailing wind is always in my face.

Re: How High

Been using a combination of Ground Blinds and a climbing tree stand. Probably best to just use the climbing tree stand until I get her. Very easy to over saturate this area since it is so small. She seems to be on full alert from the beginning of archery season until the end. The other deer seem to ...

How High

Thinking this morning that I need to hunt higher at the Church Buddy’s place. It's about the only way I can think of to outsmart an old doe that knows when a single leaf is out of place. May make playing the wind a little easier to. The area is small and surrounded by people’s yards so moving around...

One thing for sure they like Nose Jammer!! Been chewing up the log I sprayed it on. I first thought they may spook and avoid the area I sprayed it in but they have taken a liking to it.
