Re: Tent Chair Blind

No room in them for bow never mind cross bow. Look at double bull blinds now made by Primos, they are the best out there.

Re: To Cheek or not to Cheek !!!

I wish they would make one that covers both sides as my right handed son likes to borrow mine all the time. Pain switching it back and forth!

Re: A good blind that doubles as a tent?

Do a search for a camo tent. I know Eureka used to have one. You would end up with limited shooting capabilities (out the door only) but this is better option than sleeping in a blind.

Re: Leupold or Nikon for Matrix??

Yoop, I own 5 Leupold rifle scopes and know the quality of them. Warranty service is top notch also. I opted for the cross bones and will look at the new Hawke once it's been put to the test. Wes, I did try a normal rifle scope on one of my Excalibers few years back. like you say simple and less clu...

Re: Leupold or Nikon for Matrix??

Wes, Regular rifle scopes will work but you must keep In mind that most have parralex set for 100+ yards not for close range like cross bow needs. They will work but not ideal. Nothing wrong with Burris product as I have one of their Black Diamond scopes. I'm looking for a Cross bow specific scope. ...

Leupold or Nikon for Matrix??

I am wondering if any of you that have either the Cross Bones or the Bolt scopes can comment on how well they calibrate with the speed of Matrix? Arrow speed should be 355 to 365 or so. I was holding out for the new Hawke but late summer is not a real comfy feeling when moose season is early Sept. G...

How about a picture of one of your latch polishing jobs - finished product, please. I'm just wondering how much of it your polishing?? Just the face (whole front) or the whole latch.

Re: Archery Moose

21A is over hunted, moose numbers not good. As always the info that they are trying to thin herd in an area always goes viral after the herd's been thinned. For pool 2 guys looking for a spot to archery hunt consider the east side of lake Nipegon area 19 I believe. Good moose numbers and not bad cha...

Re: Archery Moose

My group has arrowed at least 10 moose with Xcalibur's most of the bows were exomags. We have never had an bolt that we could find, they all blow clean through and under ground (all shot from tree stands)! Last year we bagged three bulls in two days, 2 with exomags and one with compound. Both bulls ...
