My friends have it not a gimmick definitely works.... but just a pia to drag in the woods....who needs more to carry seems like the duffel bag filled with leaves for your clothes and a clean shower still the ticket. Most friends have abandoned them lol.

My brothers Bulldogs mount was tite as the devil from the factory just keep an eye on them .
I think its more important to loctite the trigger anyway

Might be best to just pack it up and send it to an authorized excalibur service center and just let them check it out . Do it in the off season while you not using it.

The retainer dosnt look really that bad but it's kinda high . I prefer mine with practically no clearance. You can carefully pick up the back end and bend down the front without taking it apart put like a chap stick in the middle Is it possible your nocks are worn? The string looks kinda off on the ...

Thanks for the reply. Hold down is mounted to the trigger so l know l need a new mount or l will re tap my old mount not an issue. The trigger seems like there is not a lot of travel space behind it compared to a micro. I can easily dremel it if needed but l would rather have some Intel first before...
