Grizzly shooting some hot speeds!
Got some pretty hot speeds with my Grizzly bow today. Don't know if it's a freaky bow or others are getting the same speeds. I know Excalibur states 305 fps with a 350 gr. bolt. I set up my chrono last week. The chronological was about 15 feet from my bench. Shot 3 different bolts with 125 gr field ...

Re: Rubberized my Grizzly
Their Web page leaves something to be desired. In order to view them you need to Google Excalibur Facebook profile photo page. When I bring up their Facebook page although I entered them where they ask you to post pics and comments it goes in some black hole. Maybe I'm doing something wrong

Re: Rubberized my Grizzly
I took my Grizzly and fired a couple dz. bolts. I didn't notice any significant difference in sound levels or vibration. There was a difference of sound on the bow itself. When I knocked on the grip and forend area it had a much quieter and deaden sound. It was also quieter going thru brush. I guess...

Rubberized my Grizzly
Rubberized the grip, sides of forend, and butt plate. What a nice difference, especially the butt plate. No more slip against my shoulder. Wish I could up load pics. I used Performix brand plastic dip in the spray, from Home Depot. Taped up the areas I didn't want sprayed. Gave 3 coats 4 hours betwe...

I just ordered the Rinehart Woodland Hunter blemish for $69. I didn't hear anyone mention it so I hope it's ok. I'll do a follow up and post.

Matrix Grizzly with metal sling / bipod Stud
I just received my first Xbow, a Matrix Grizzly. Nice bow for the money, and shoots excellent. I love my new bow. The only thing I was disappointed with was the front plastic stud to hold a sling or a bipod. I attached my Harris bipod and it broke while tightening the bipod to the stud. I removed mos...

Re: Grizzly SMF Scope
I too just received my Grizzly from Cabelas and included was the SMF scope not the Deadzone scope. I just wanted to clarify as to who "they will take care of it" is they = to Excalibur? I don't know who Peter Bellfore is? is he employed at Excalibur? It sounds like we open an RMA through E...

Nocks for bolts
Does anyone know where I can purchase threaded nocks like the ones that are on the Excalibur bolts?... so I can use my Xcal T handle arrow remover. I purchased some Gold Tip bolts and they come with flat plastic nocks, not threaded. thanks
