Re: Crosswind Question
You're posing a rather difficult question to answer. - Are you shooting of a bench and solid rest (not your elbows)? - Are you using a wind meter? My club gets pretty windy with gusting winds and I'm shooting out to 70 yards. I can be bang on or a couple inches to a foot out. Good luck playing. :win...

Re: They are back
I would threaten to join with the gun hunters and traditional stick shooters to have a separate season with limitations on the compound shooters. After that I'd threaten to join the gun hunters and compound shooters to make the traditional shooters pass a competency test before being allowed an arch...

Re: A question for the accuracy nuts
Here's a little tidbit that may be helpful. Years ago when I shot competitive 3D, I used a fine tipped metal marker to name each arrow. For example, I was a huge UFC fan so I named each arrow after a fighter. The reason being that it was easier to remember a name than a number or letter. If 'Randy C...

Re: Lead free bullets
I fully believe Ironnoggin when he says that about Barnes bullets. However, I've used them for years out of my .300 Win. Mag with devastating results. I must add that I've always hit bone either going in or out. I personally love the Barnes bullets but I will defer to those with more experience than...

Re: A question for the accuracy nuts
What you're describing can have many causes. I would look at checking one thing at a time. First, take only 1 arrow. ONE. Dial that arrow into the X ring at 20 yards. If it's hitting the dime every time at 20 yards, shoot that same arrow at 30 yards, 40 yards, etc.. That would be the first step. Act...

My opinion, the radical left Dumacrooks are trying hard to turn in into a society where the government tells us how to act, and what we need to protect ourselves and family members. They attack our constitution every chance that they can without regard for law abiding citizens that have the right t...
