Re: Matrix 380?

You nailed it Bob, the Mad Max and the Lynx are my two favorite hunting bows of all time. I been tempted to go fer the bulldogs but,,,,, I had the Suppressor and don't like that I have to take my trigger finger out of the trigger guard to take the safety off and then reach back forward to the trigge...

Re: Sighting in process

yep, nothing easier than keeping the recurves dialed in, and out to 60 is a breeze. As for arrows, I find 50 to 70 grains difference to be little concern on poi out to about 40 or 45 yards once my 380's are sighted in out to 60, but the closer to 60 and beyond is where everything shows up for me,,, ...

Re: Matrix 350se limbs

shoot it! I am going to start my 4th year with the 380 Madmax, Danny Miller told me the fall of 2014 he would replace them anytime I wanted to send them in,,,, I'm still shooting them 1000nds of shots later this is my #1 hunting bow, and the bow I judge all others by. I know new limbs wont make it s...

Re: zombie slayers vs. executioners

With the 350, it shouldn't make any difference. With a 405 and 220g+ on the front, it would make a difference, especially as the range lengthens. X2, I have seen no difference in the 330 or 350 Matrix, in the heavier draw bows, including the 335 Micro, the Zombies are the way to go. As far as weigh...

Re: Rifle scopes on xbows

I have used 3 different Vortex rifle scopes, without a single problem, a Burris, and a reflex red dot,, what you were told was a myth,, don't believe it,, if the scope is worth it weight,, no problems! If it ain't, it won't hold up on a rifle either.

Re: would you use Carbon Express bolts ? Cheap Ones !!

Black Eagle only,,, Tapps and Zombies,, if I get a heck of a buy on Executioners I'll buy em,, but I have seen cheap arrow become expensive results,, more than once. They aint much good when they sit in a corner because I got arrows that shoot much better.

I here ya Anthony,, he requires yer full attention to get it all,, and I at times gota tell em slow down and say that in simple terms,, we aint all nuclear engineers!! But he is a very educated man,,, As for why I use full capture in every bow I use,, when I feel that snap on the string I know their...

Re: Setting up the Suppressor, finally dialing in.

Thanks folks, I am happy fer sure, like the Micro 335 I had, what I like most about it is how accurate it is offhand. I can shoot the 350 as well, but it's not as easy as the Suppressor. It sure feels better,, and the 350 offhand for me feels better than the 380's,,, easier to shoot accurately offha...
