Re: It won't be long folks!!!!!
Hello fello Tarheel, glad to hear you moving about. Are you ready for Sept. 11?? The Exomax is dialed in and I'm ready for Freddy. Hope you recover quickly so we can keep the old swamp donkey population in check.

Waxing Question/Broadhead Alignment
I just received a canister of Excalibur Serving Wax and was if it was OK to put it on the rest of the string and the deck or do I need different wax for them?
Also, Do I need to align the BOLTCUTTER blades with the vanes to improve accuracy or does it matter?
Thanks

Re: joined the club today
I just knew I had blown the limbs off my Exomax when I dry fired the other day but so far no cracks seen and have fired the bow about a dozen times since then. Just goes to show the quality of Excalibur Crossbow.

Probably Jim Shockey or Roger Raglin would be at the top even though I 'm secretly in love with Tiffany L.

Re: game cameras help
One thing to look for is it Infra-Red instead of flash. I feel the flash at night will spook some of the smarter(buck) from your set. Sportsmans Guide had some Moultrie IR cameras for $99. I have an earlier Moultrie with the flash and a 1g sd card and can get 900+ photos and have had no problems. H...

Have you had any wind lately? Sometimes heavy winds will cause them to fall early.

Exomax Sighting In
I shot this target at 40yds using 150gr field points supplied with crossbow. What 150gr broadhead flies most like the field points? Also, I did the unthinkable...DRY FIRE!!! I noticed that now the string is about 1/4" below the reference line closest to the scope when before it was right on th...

Re: getting ready!
Its been too windy here the last couple days. I wanted to shoot past 20yds to see how the scope worked out. Right now I can hit a quarter at 20yds. I purchased a BLOCK crossbow target and it works great!!!! I can easily pull the arrows out(one handed) at 20yds that are sunk by the Exomax

Re: Moultrie 30 gallon feeder
One thing to remember is that during the cold months that battery life gets used up quicker than normal unless of coarse you're using a rechargeable battery.
