I have a grizzly cub and I get different opinions on whether or not to wax, some say yes and others no. Just looking for others opinions, and who wax do you use and anyone use rail lube?

Re: danny miller conversation lol
Had my first encounter with him the other day and he wasn't terrible like I have read but he wasn't real talkative kind of short. Forgot to order a couple things so I will see how my next encounter goes, I hope I catch him in a good mood cause I have some questions, I'll report back.

Re: Hunting range with 300-310fps velocities?
If you look at bestcrossbowsource they have a chart that states shooting 305fps, at fifty yards has 72/73 ft lbs of KE. Which is plenty for any NA game. Now, does that mean you'll get a deer to stand still for the shot? who knows, but, it will certainly kill at the range.

Re: Arrow smithing lessons
Well being a trad shooter I have feathers laying around, however, they are five inch. Cut down to three inch? Or leave full? As far as foc, I'll be using 150 heads and might even walk that up towards 200. I have some Strickland single bevel heads that i used last year for a shot, flew well.

Re: Arrow smithing lessons
Ok, wondering what you arrow smiths think of 4 & 5 inch fletch on hunting arrows. Going to use a 16 to 17 inch arrow.
