Re: URGENT TOPIC in Other Topics section

So after you fill out that survey and tell them you own a handgun or firearm I wonder how long after they will be knocking on your door !! Each and every handgun is registered with our federal government. After the gun registry I wouldn't bet on that LOL But that wasn't my point ! On a side happier...

Re: URGENT TOPIC in Other Topics section

Even guys on hunting boards said hey the libs won't go after firearms again LOL And this Blair idiot what do you think his position was on firearms especially handguns when he was the chief of the Metropolit...

Re: Deep question.

I agree the young lads response was a good and well thought out must have a good mentor. In my area we used to be able to run dogs and shoot coyotes but for about 5 years now that has ended as most of the farm or at least enough are being bought up by well off city folks moving out and they don't al...

Re: Meat buck

First congrats on both kills. Second I'm a little confused as to why you wouldn't shoot the spike but would shoot the little 4 point. Reason I ask is 2 years ago I had 2 bucks that were twins but one grew a spike while the other 4 points like the one you shot. They ran together all the time and woul...

Re: Deep question.

Haha, even tree hugging yuppies from the city want them dead. Not where I live ! I have a huge farm/bush area behind my house that is full of deer, Now its full of coyotes too. No hunting anymore as there is a no discharge of firearms by-law. I have talked to many of my tree hugging neighbours...

Re: Unhappy Excalibur Owner

I also take my bows apart at the end of the season and check everything. I have a set of extra limbs for my exomax but haven't had to use them . I guess I need to get a set for the 335 although the ones on it seem ok so far . I guess I just jinxed myself better get a set of limbs sent when they retu...

Re: Unhappy Excalibur Owner

Well it sounds like you have a backup that will save the trip, I would not travel on a hunt with only one of anything required to take my game, guns included. I have seen some crazy stuff happen through the years. Must be nice I have a hard time affording one bow at the prices they are ! I have a p...

Re: Micro 335 vs 315 Limb Failures?

I got a 335 4 years ago and have had nothing but problems with it now the scope just fell apart I think a 315 would have been better lol Thinking to go back to the old killer exomax that served me much better for 25 years !

Re: Disappointed today

I've shot everything from deer to moose and bear from the ground with both crossbow and compound and done the same from an elevated position and its always harder to get on the blood trail from a ground shot from my experiences . First buck I shot from the ground had no blood for 65 yards then a few...
