For all the ground huters, what's your secrect?
What do you do as a ground hunter (no trestands) for scent control? I am a cheap hunter who doesn't spend alot of money on scent contol items but was wondering what some of the others who ground hunt use for scent contol; if you have any ideals please post.

Re: How Long Before the Limbs Weaken?
I shoot my phoenix alot and the string is never relaxed; I haven't left my crossbow cocked for several days but it has been cocked all day on the stand (10 plus hours) several times; have never had any problems; IMO, no need to worry at all.

Re: Other outdoors pursuits...
I really don't have any other interest other than hunting and fishing; I do gun hunt some but not near as much as crossbow hunt; I average over 100 days out hunting during deer season and over 40 days spring turkey hunting; alot of fishing for bream, crappie, and trout; don't throw nothing back as I...

I took my scope off in early spring and went back to the factory sights; have shot all summer long like this and feel comfortable enough to hunt this year without a scope; the phoenix is death out to 50 yards but no need to worry b/c I never shoot at a deer that far; 35 has alwa...

Re: EXOMAX NOT CONSISTENT!!????!!!! Help!!
Be sure to check your brace height; your string should be sitting between the 2 marks; when cocking, make sure you have the EXACT same pull on the string and your serving is in the center each time; also check to see if your scope base is on tight and your scope is tight as well; if all is in tack, ...
