An acquaintance just purchased a Cabela's Equalier Excalibur and can't figure out which size R.E.D.S. it needs. Who can give us an answer? Is it the set for Matrix series bows or for Grizzly, Micro, et al?
Thanks!

Re: Which Excalibur to buy?
I've got a Micro and a 380. The 380 definitely has an edge in performance, but the Micro just "feels" better to me. It's lighter and packs better. Less chance of limb hitting something. Mine is averaging 338fps. Nothing I'd hesitate to go after in North America with it.

Re: Pics of CB Strings
nchunterkw (Keith Will) made me a super nice string for my micro in red, white, and blue. Don't have any pics on hand at the moment, but I can tell you that it's a major improvement over the stock string. Noticeable difference in sound and vibration. I just ordered two more today, for my 380 and my ...

Stirrup wraps??
Looking for recommendations for effective stirrup wraps. I wrapped the stirrup of my Micro in paracord, and it made a significant difference. What else have you used to take some twang out of your stirrups?

According to this source, bolt must be 18" NOT including broadhead. Based on this link, I ordered 18" BEE's from South Shore for my Micro, plus they'll pull double duty in my soon to arrive 380.

I ordered on 08/28 and status still says pending. Hoping they get here soon, though I understand how hectic this time of year must be.

Novice needs broadhead help
Just picked up my first Xbow last week (Micro 335), and am curious about broad head tuning? I've nearly 30 years of conventional archery experience, but know little about Xbows at this point. It seems as though Slick Trick 150's have a popular following? I'm definitely a fixed head fan. Had too many...

Re: Cabela's/Excalibur ??
Same with all the Excalibur bows in the Charleston, WV store. They had to unstring and twist one of the models I tested last week.NEPAbowhunter wrote:I was in the Cabelas store in Hamburg Pa. on Sunday and EVERY Excalibur crossbow had the string digging hard into the bumpers.

Micro 18" bolt??
Just picked up my first Xbow today, a Micro 335.
It seems to shoot the Quills very well, but my state has an 18" bolt minimum.
What recommendations can I get for a good 18" bolt for my Micro? Going to try to shoot 125 gr. broad heads.
