Whats some of your personal favorite recipes?I have no clue where to start other than whats on google.If you could post an list of ingredients that you use in your own jerky it would give me a great start.

Im gonna make some deer jerky and some snack sticks with deer burger and was wondering if I need to put anything special in it ,like curing salt?Or can I just mix up ingredients and throw it in the dehydrator?I plan on eating what I make within a week after I make it but would like to possibly freez...
