that's why I got a 355 , it was a little easier to cock, and was glad I did but it fit me just wright . will be 73 this year and have no problem . you should try before you buy. good luck with your new bow.

I have mine set now at about 3/8" now ,seems to be ok, shooting good . just foolen around to see whats what. the norm seems to be 1/4". just thought I would try higher to see what it would do . thanks for the input

i'm not worried about a little speed , it just seem to work good set up that way just don't want to damage the bow. thanks for the help.

355. I tried it and seems to work ok I know 1/4" is the norm but just wanted to try it . I did notice that the string does not touch the limb. and it shoots a lot quieter . it works on a recurve why not a recurve xb.

I just have started to make my own Flemish strings . had to make several before I shot one . I did find that you have to make the loops so you have to almost force them on the limb tips and they will stretch to where they will work ok . also had to wrap them snug. if you are in doubt take the string...
