Leupold Scope
Anybody ever sent a rifle scope back to the custom shop @ leupold and had the parallax set to xbow range , or had the reticle changed to something like there xbow scope ??? Ive got a 1 3/4 x 6 vx-3 ( short verison ) that would be great on a xbow .

Jus add 4 to 6 strands to yer new custom string or shoot heavy arrow. If'en that don't work put in a pr of foam ear plugs THAT WAS FUNNY !!!

Using a Bolt jig and 2 in. blazers has improved my shooting more than anything . Without it I shot all over the place ! Its easy to use and fast but I get more consistant results fletching one vane at a time . Follow the advice you get here on the forum there are some very smart people on here .

Good ideas . I use a 6 in. level on the rail and when I get the legs adj. right I just leave it on the x-bow till hunting season and use my sandbag under the back . Rock steady aiming .

Cheap Sandbags
Heres a cheap way to really steady your aim as you sight your x-bow or gun in for the coming season , Take a gallon freezer bag and fill it with sand and zip it closed then turn it over and drop it in to another gallon freezer bag zip it up also and you have a great waterproof sandbag really cheap ....

Sounds like a solid plan . Hunting with family is a great thing ! Ive hunted with my dad and brother for around 40 years , as I look around at different racks I remember the good times shared .

Bolt jig
Every Fifth or sixth arrow I fletch with my Bolt Jig Will have a vane laid over sideways a little more than it should be . Im thinking maybe my glue is setting up before I can get the collar slid down the shaft ??? Im using Bohning Blazer glue . Any advice from experienced Bolt jiggers would be appr...

Thanks guys . The string in the pic is a factory string . Ive got about 12 dollars in my jig ! LOL . Cant beat the price . I got the Idea from Boo,simple and strong . Ive not tried to make a string for a crossbow yet .

String Jig
I would like to thank everyone for the Info on how they built their string jigs . I copied Boo's mostly and heres what I come up with .
