Shorten the string by simply giving it a few twists till it's right and your brace height is also. You'll need a stringing aid.

I hunt both .. Depends where I want to go!

I'm lucky enough to have a handful of decent public areas close to the house! Makes an afternoon hunt after work fairly easy!

The M330 while "new" is a proven killer. I wouldn't hesitate to shoot deer/elk with it! Do your part and put the arrow where it belongs!!

I'm gearing up to replace the lost arrows and broadheads .. shooting and getting the itch for season myself!!

Picked up a Leupold vendetta and getting it figured out!!

It'll be time to "whack em & stack em" shortly!!

Crossbow - 42 yards
Compound - 45 yards
Handgun - 25 yards .. .45 ACP to the head!!
Rifle - 220 yards

Compound - deer @ 3/4 yards
turkey - 2 yards
Xbow - deer 10 yards

All the factory quill is, is basically a cut down Firebolt so I don't see an issue.
