Re: Rangefinder or No Rangefinder

I use one, ATN Rangefinder. You have the ability to set profiles for different Scopes and ballistics. Has all the bells and whistles and can be Bluetooth linked to ATN Scopes.
I use an hha optimizer so I need to know and be as close as possible so I can dial in the optimizer.

Dr.Stirrup on Assassin

I was going to purchase a Dr.stirrup for my Assassin but couldn't find any information on if it would work. I checked with some of the retailers but they didn't have an answer either. Re: Hha optomizer

I have one on my Assassin and love it; sight in at 20 and then at 60 and your good to go from there. Instructions are not difficult and they have a video on how to sight it in.
On the Assassin's you don't need an extension because of the internal crank! Solid and well worth the money.

New to the Forum and Excalibur

Previously used a compound xbow for target shooting but now really want to get into hunting; so I did some research and every time Excalibur was the best and that recurve was the way to go. I live in MA so our laws don't yet allow for crossbow hunt...
