I am removing the string and the pads from my Equinox this morning and putting her to rest :( until spring turkey time :D I had a bad year hunting in 2010 with 0 Turkey, 0 Black Bear, 0 Deer and I did not go Moose hunting this year but still purchased a tag to keep me in pool "A" for next ...

Congradulations on the Christmas present

I am shooting Firebolts with 90 grain brass inserts and 100 grain Excalibur Xact mechanical broad heads with lumenoks (455 grain) from my Equinox

We had a trail camera stolen this year during the shot gun season in Fergus from private property :evil:

It is getting to the point that you can not leave anything in the woods!

When i practice with my Excalibur Xact mechanical broad heads I use one and unscrew the head where it penetrates the target before I pull the arrow back out this prevents the blades from bending. After so many practice shots I change the blades on this practice only head. I always use a new mechanic...

I purchased an Excalibur range finder mount and and used the velcro supplied to attach a video camera and then used a heavy rubber band to secure the camera in place. I found that I was spending more time fidgeting with the camera than concentrating on my hunt; to date this year I have not got a dee...
