Just spent 300$ on my kids uniforms and another 75 for books Philadelphia pa catholic school.. I believe Ray has a right to be pissed schools should focus more on the kids themselves than how they look or what they wear.. At least 10 or 15 times a year in our area kids get caught with guns or knives...
