I stand 5 feet 9 inches and weigh 150 pounds,and am 55 years old. I am not muscular. I have no problem using the cocking rope to uncock my 225 pound Exomax. It is more difficult to cock than uncock. If you can cock an Excalibur then you are quite capable of uncocking one with the cocking rope.
