Re: everyone please read..

Re: Arrow drop difference at 40yd bullseye,Vortex & Ibex

snapshot, you do understand that with the varizone and lumizone scopes that arrow/bolt drop difference is a non-issue. when sighted in correctly the two bows will shoot dead on using the 40 yard chevron in the scope. just seemed like you were hung up on having to figure holdover between the two xbows.

good job....and good hog ...only good one is a dead one...even though they are good eating....don't know about the boar or not...here in louisiana we don't take much heed to the hype about what fine table fare a wild boar is. the sows are a different story...they are excellent table fare.

i got the camtrakker mk8 this year and have been well pleased with it. it operates on one battery that is recharchable. it also has a viewing port included so that you can view the pics in the field. does seem a little slow on trigger speed so feeding areas or scrapes would probably be more reliable...

the buck of a lifetime nowdays is dependent upon your resources and the ability to afford some of the pay hunts, to many hunters the deer pictured in mike's early photo would still be a buck of a lifetime for the area that they hunt, whereas on private land where the herd and age class can be manipu...

i shoot 2 knights one is the LK93 one of the lower end knights the other is the disc rifle, both are extremely accurate, but like has been said they are going out of business so i would go with one of the TC rifles. they too have a very strong reputation for quality.
