Looks like everyone prefers lumenoc's. Are you guys that shoot mechanicals getting complete passthru's, seems the few huntin shows I watch very few get them. I used them on my Bucks back in late 60s with recurve bow cedar arrows and feathers ...They are sharp and easy to sharpen ....

Before I went to crossbow I used spitfire 100 in my bear kodiack recurve 45 # bow from 1965 with cedar wood arrows with feathers .... Doz cedar arrows with feathers an d crested etc are $61 Had friend at work drill hole in arrow and I hot glued in the spitfire ... Deadly on Bucks and shot like field...

We all use mechanicals on our Bucks ...I can say if you do not make broadside shot good chance you will hit bone and they will not go in very deep .... We use them on Bears too BUT same thing you hit shoulder its wounded bear ... Most used mechanicals are Rage and Nap ... Many Bucks and Bear I have ...

Adjust it for yards you are shooting your buck ...I adjusted mine clear fir 30 yards which I shoot in yard on target and 35 yds is my max on Buck ...
I like to use leaves and limbs of trees at that range also to get it clear not just the dime size target bullseye ....

My gen 1 335 developed cracks near the top of the left limb during the first week of bow season. I was able to get the limbs replaced on about a week but was a little disappointed in the color match as was talked about earlier in this thread.
