Congrats !!! Ive all ways thought a big cut would be hard to pass thru a deer . How sharp are swackers out of the pack ? Rages I bought were dull as a butter knife till I sharpened them .

I think its a R-3 from Tru-angle . They work great . Im going to order the 4 blade version R-4 soon as possible . I recommend one of these to anyone that shoots their heads before hunting with them . Great to touch them up .

Ive had this 3 blade sharpener for so long Ive forgot who makes it . I would love to order a 4 blade sharpener just like it. Anybody got one or know who made it ? Last time I sent a burris back I couldn't even talk to anyone on the phone ! And it was a 500 dollar scope going back for the second time for the same thing ! I'll never buy another one ! Any scope can go bad but how its handled by the manufacter when you have problems is what matters .

Try to find a bag of Winter Rye Seed , Most of the time it comes in 56# bags and will germinate with very little site prep. . Stays green all winter with no fertilizer . Make sure you DONT get Rye grass seed . Ive used it for years in mixes and alone , deer really like it .

I had that Baker ( Death trap ) come off my feet and go all the way to the bottom and leave me 25 ft in top of the tree hanging on for dear life ! If I hadn't of been young and strong It wouldn't of been good ! LOL

While were talking about the good ole days Ive got to ask if anybody had the privilege of using a Baker Climbing treestand ??? LOL

Just got off the phone with muzzy and there going to swap my DULL blades for some more DULL blades !!! LOL !!! All joking aside I hope the new ones are sharper .

Sorry to hear of your scope problems . Ive sent back scopes to just about all the scope manufactors . Burris,Zeiss, Leupold,Excal, and a pair of Nikon Bino's .Cost of a scope has little to do with it . I usually just throw the cheap ones in the trash ! If its man made its flawed !
