Congrats on filling your tags early. :P Here in N.J. we have unlimited antlerless tags to be purchased in most zones. :o The seasons run from sept. Been crossbow hunting for 3 years (older type recurve no name not sure what type) and never once dried fired. This was my first weekend out with my new excal. I must officially join this club aswell :oops: . Thank you everyone who talked my out of upgrading the string right away. target parcticing ...

I had a partial dryfire several months ago and got a big limb splinter from it (unless it was already there). On advise from this forum and Excalibur I broke off the splinter and went on shooting and hunting. I will do a limb swap once deer season is over. Excals rock.... :D Just curious robertyb.....

Boltcutters and Blazers

On the advise of many helpful members here,I've got an AZ-EZ Fletch Bolt on the way along w/some Blazers. Will be swapping out stock 4" vanes on Firebolts for use w/ Boltcutters. My question, and I hope it's not a stupid one; Do the blades on the broadhead need to be in line w/ fletching?

Just wondering if anyone who owns the Arizona E-Z Fletch Bolt can share some info. Is this model specifically for crossbow bolts only. Is the helical degree pre-set for 2" blazers @ the degree offset needed for the Fireblts w/ Boltcutters? Or do you have to set it? Also can you use this model t...
