improvement to excalbur
ONLY ONE THAT I CAN THINK OF!I WOULD LIKE TO SEE EX CAL COME UP WITH AN ADAPTER HANDLE THAT COULD BE ATTACHED TO EITHER SIDE OF THE RAIL FOR CARRYING THE XBOW WITH THE LIMBS VERTICAL-CARRYING THE XBOW WITH A TREESTAND OR BLIND ON YOUR BACK IS NOT EASY ON THE LONG HAUL--LS

dissipator bars
I didn't understand, --"lowers the db by 2/3"-2/3 of what?-that deer isn't going to jump any slower with or without the bars and I've harvested alot of them-I just try to get close enough that the deer doesn't have time to jump the sound of the string or beat the speed of the bolt-I REALLY...

bitz tip
I stopped at Staples and bought a repositional glue stick by 3m-smeared some on the shaft and on the vane base-put the vane into the bitzenberger jig and now I am able to position and reposition the vane until it sits exactly the way I want it to,without wasting vanes or getting frustrated because I...

aluminum shaft preparation
I just bought some economy grade Goat Tuff. I want to use Plastifletch or Duro vanes. What is the best shaft preparation for xx75 aluminum shafts?Should the vanes be wiped down? Also is the Goat Tuff high performance grade any better

goat tuff viscosity
I have been using a product called miracle glue to fletch vanes on aluminum-As far as a bonding agent ,this stuff is fantastic.however there is a drawback. The viscosity is like that of water and consequently it will slide off the vane base with ease, making for a messy shaft.I have seen many posts on...

STOCK
THE ONLY ADDITION I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IS A SMALL HANDLE MIDPOINT ON THE FOREGRIP THAT COULD BE ATTACHED ON EITHER SIDE OF THE STOCK FOR CARRYING THE BOW VERTICALLY THROUGH HEAVY COVER,OR WHEN CARRYING A BLIND AND NOT BEING ABLE TO USE THE SLING, THE BOW GETS AWFUL HEAVY WHEN YOU HAVE TO WALK A LONG ...

165# exocet
ps: I forgot to add, the reason I stick with 2117's is that the wall is thicker than the 2216 or 13- I have mostly shoot throughs with the bolt sticking in trees and ground and hardly ever a bent shaft. I know from 40 years of stick bow that the 2216 will not hold up as well. To be honest though the...

I shoot a 1998 165# exocet and always used2117's. You fellas are talking 22's .Did ex calibur change the channel width on later models to accomodate the larger shafts? The 2216 is virtually the same in specs as the 2117 but a hair stiffer.the 2213 a lot weaker than the others. So I guess I have 2 que...

phoenix question
can someone give me the length of the unstrung bow from tip to tip? i'm hoping they(the limbs) are a bit shorter as well as the stock than my exocet. and also ,i would like to see excalibur put a small handle on the side of the rail and on the stock portion that could be detached and put on either s...
